Great service and clean rooms! The staff was always ready to help and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was also perfect for us, with easy access to local drinks at reasonable prices. The room heaters were a must-have and made our stay much more comfortable. We also loved the hot water that was always available.

The hotel is a bit off the main road and has a steep approach which may be difficult for some guests. , there is no wifi at the hotel which was a bit inconvenient for us.

The staff was very cooperative, friendly, and helpful. They even provided us with a room for freshening up after check-out. The food was tasty and served hot upon check-in.

Great food and hospitable staff. Food was delicious and staff was willing to go the extra mile to make us comfortable. Location was also a plus, with stunning views of the mountains. the rooms were well-heated, keeping us warm during a very chilly weekend.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. the bedding was not fresh and the towels were in poor condition.

The remote location of this lodge doesn't impact the quality of service provided. Clean rooms with attached toilets, geysers, and room heaters make for a comfortable stay, despite the icy weather. the staff is friendly and highly accommodating. the meals served are wholesome and freshly cooked, meeting the dietary requirements of guests. this lodge offers great value for money.

The electricity supply can be erratic at times, causing some inconvenience.
